Yup, these tours were a thing in the 1950's as America went nuclear bonkers. The Atomic Age had arrived with a bang.

Las Vegas rebranded as 'The Atomic City', parties were held on rooftops to watch the detonations 65 miles away. And families got as close as they could to watch the action in the desert. 

Printed using a 12 colour, giclee process the prints will stand the test of time.
